]]> Σε μια περίοδο που οι ανθρώπινη επαφή λόγω των συνθηκών φαίνεται πώς έχει δυσκολέψει, ο Στέφανος Ξενάκης μας έκανε την τιμή να μας επισκεφτεί για δεύτερη φορά στο Men Of Style για να μοιραστεί μαζί μας την εμπειρία του σε συνθήκες καραντίνας.

Μπορεί η επίσκεψη να ήταν εικονική, αυτό όμως δεν την έκανε λιγότερο ουσιαστική.

Μέσα σε συνθήκες κοινωνικής απομονώσης, ο Στέφανος Ξενάκης μας λέει πως όλα περιστρέφονται γύρω από την αγάπη. Την αγάπη προς τον εαυτό σου που καλείσαι να τον γνωρίσεις καλύτερα. Την αγάπη προς τους γύρω σου που καλείσαι να τους προστατέψεις απλά με το να μείνεις σπίτι.

Αλλά και την αξία του να γνωρίσεις καλύτερα τους ανθρώπους με τους οποίους μένεις μαζί. Ναι μπορεί να είναι δύσκολο αυτή η αναγκαστική 24ωρη συνύπαρξη, αλλά είναι στο χέρι σου να την γυρίσεις σε ευκαιρία. Στην ευκαιρία να μιλήσετε και να πείτε αλήθειες που ποτέ δεν είχατε πει μέχρι σήμερα.

Η διαδρομή για να γνωρίσεις τον εαυτό σου δεν σταματάει ποτέ. Όμως την ευθύνη για την ζωή σου την έχεις εσύ. Εσύ επιλέγεις το πώς θα ζεις κι ας μην μπορείς πάντα να επιλέξεις τις συνθήκες.

Άλλωστε οι συνθήκες αλλάζουν. Μετασχηματίζονται ανάλογα με την εποχή και τα δεδομένα. Κανείς δεν περίμενε αυτό που ζούμε σήμερα. Το θέμα είναι όμως να βγούμε όλοι πολύ καλύτεροι και πολύ δυνατότεροι μέσα από αυτό.

Η συζήτηση με τον Στέφανο Ξενάκη θα μπορούσε πραγματικά να κρατήσει ώρες. Και όντως το μόνο που την διέκοψε ήταν οι κανόνες του live που γινόταν στο Instagram.

Να θυμάσαι ότι ζούμε στο καλύτερο σύμπαν όλων των εποχών. Οπότε είναι στο χέρι σου να αξιοποιήσεις αυτό το δώρο και να το κάνεις να αξίζει!
