]]> Σε μια κατάσταση καραντίνας, που κανείς δεν περίμενες να βρεθούμε, οι σχέσεις δοκιμάζονται.

Είναι λογικό γιατί ξαφνικά δημιουργείται μια απόσταση που δεν την είχες προβλέψει και δεν μπορείς να κάνεις και κάτι άμεσα για αυτό.

Η καραντίνα δεν εξαρτάται από εσένα πότε θα λήξει. Και φυσικά είναι πολύ σημαντικό να την διατηρήσεις. Η υγεία σου και η υγεία των γύρω σου είναι σημαντική.

Ναι, αλλά θέλεις να διατηρήσεις και την σχέση. Που ξαφνικά μετατράπηκε σε σχέση από απόσταση. Και αναρωτιέσαι εάν σώζεται.

Πώς όμως μπορεί μια σχέση που έχει περνάει αυτή την δοκιμασία να τα βγάλει πέρα; Σήμερα ο Χρήστος θα σου μιλήσει για τους τρεις πυλώνες που πρέπει να έχεις στο μυαλό σου για να μπορέσεις να διατηρήσεις την σχέση σε συνθήκες καραντίνας.

Και όχι μόνο για την νοοτροπία που πρέπει να διατηρήσεις αλλά και για τον τρόπο της επικοινωνίας σε αυτές τις συνθήκες. Και φυσικά για το πως θα συνεχίσεις να κρατάς το ενδιαφέρον αμείωτο ώστε βγαίνοντας από την καραντίνα η σχέση να έχει σωθεί.

Μην ξεχνάς, πρέπει να μείνουμε σπίτι για να μπορέσουμε όλοι μαζί μετά να συνεχίζουμε τις ζωές μας. Αυτό δεν σημαίνει ότι η ζωή σταμάτησε! Μένουμε σπίτι, φλερτάρουμε από το σπίτι, διατηρούμε τις σχέσεις μας υγιείς από το σπίτι.

Και φυσικά χρησιμοποιούμε εποικοδομητικά τον χρόνο μας για να είμαστε έτοιμοι για την επόμενη ημέρα.

Μια καλή αρχή είναι από εδώ.
