Ο ταλαντούχος ραδιοφωνικός παραγωγός, Γιάννης Χρονόπουλος, μας κάλεσε στον φιλόξενο Sin Radio, στην πρώτη του ραδιοφωνική συνέντευξη για τις σχέσεις και εμείς ανταποκριθήκαμε φυσικά.

Είναι κατάρα ή ευχή οι ποιοτικές σχέσεις;

Τι σημαίνει να έχεις επιλογές;

Γιατί η ικανότητα να φλερτάρεις είναι σημαντικό εφόδιο για ποιοτικές σχέσεις;

Τι σημαίνει διαχειρίσιμη απόρριψη;

διαχερίσιμη απόρριψη στις σχέσεις

Πρέπει να κάνεις υπομονή;

Θέλουν οι γυναίκες λεφτάδες;

Τι σημαίνει να υπομένεις και να ανέχεσαι;

Γιατί είναι καταραμένες σχέσεις κάποιες σχέσεις;

Ποια πρέπει να είναι τα κριτήριά σου στις σχέσεις που δημιουργείς;

Τα πολλά λόγια είναι φτώχια. Αν έχεις υπάρξει σε μία σχέση που είχε σημασία, όμως, έχεις συνειδητοποιήσει ότι οι λέξεις μόνες τους δεν είναι ικανές για τίποτα.

Αντιθέτως, οι υπερβολές στα λόγια δημιουργούν προβλήματα εφόσον δεν μπορείς να υποστηρίξεις τα λεγόμενά σου στην πράξη.

Η σχέση θέλει συνεχή προσπάθεια και αγώνα να προσπαθείς να ανταπεξέρχεσαι. Να είσαι ικανός να υποστηρίζεις τα λόγια σου με τις πράξεις σου και τη συμπεριφορά σου. Αυτή η συνέπεια, παίζει τεράστιο ρόλο στο να διατηρηθεί η έλξη μέσα στη σχέση σε υψηλά επίπεδα.

Όταν βρισκόμαστε σε σχέσεις που δεν εκφράζουμε τις ανάγκες μας, το συναισθηματικό στρες αυξάνεται και η ποιότητα της επικοινωνίας μειώνεται.

Ουσιαστικά, όλα καταλήγουν στο πώς επικοινωνείς με τον εαυτό σου και στο πώς εσύ αντιλαμβάνεσαι τις ανάγκες σου. Η αυθεντική επικοινωνία στις σχέσεις είναι κάτι σπάνιο, ειδικά όταν αυτές βρίσκονται στο ξεκίνημα.

Οι σχέσεις είναι πολύπλοκες γιατί, ούτε οι ίδιοι, πολλές φορές δεν μπορούμε να αποδεχτούμε πλήρως το τι θέλουμε και τι έχουμε ανάγκη. Η εξερεύνηση των αναγκών μας είναι απαραίτητο να είναι προτεραιότητα και να μην καταπιέζονται μέσω συμβιβασμών και ανοχής.

Θεωρήσαμε σωστό να κρατήσουμε τον ραδιοφωνικό ήχο ώστε να μην επηρεάσουμε καθόλου την ραδιοφωνική μαγική αίσθηση.
